I’ve been involved with computers from a fairly young age. Initially I was interested in the purely technical aspect, but over the years this changed more to architecture, design and implementation of complete solutions. Although the technical part still fascinates me, my experiences as a trainer and adoption consultant are most dear. Nowadays I focus on activities that are people-oriented, for example technical coaching, project management and guiding the human side of changes. I can work independently but often prefer team projects, especially in an international context.

Technically I am mainly involved in Microsoft 365 services, in particular SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage (Yammer), Power automate, Power apps.
